Officers reportedly spotted 28-year-old Khampsong Phaviseth, Wednesday driving a Lexus near Churn Creek Road, he had allegedly lead police on a chase back on March 23rd, but he got away. Officers attempted to make a traffic stop, but Phaviseth reportedly failed to stop and lead police on yet another chase. Phaviseth allegedly crashed into a parking block. He and his passenger 23-year-old Veronica Zalles then fled on foot. Zalles was quickly caught and arrested. Phaviseth was allegely found in a nearby home hidding in a bedroom closet.
