Authorities came out the 24 hundred block of D Street after a report of a drive by shooting around 6:30 am Sunday. Witnesses reported that one of the shots struck a house. Three people were reportedly inside the home but no one was harmed. A white Volkswagen Jetta was allegedly seen in the area during the shooting. That Jetta was found at a residence on Oro Bangor Highway. A 16-year-old was reportedly found in the car and was taken into custody. The driver, identified as 18-year-old Antonio Rodriguez came out of the residence and was arrested. Deputies searched the house and allegedly found a handgun and keys to the car.
