Stephen Jones was reported missing back in February and was found September 9th face down along the shore of Lake Oroville. Though his body was badly decomposed, authorities were able to determine that there was no sign of trauma to the body. That and the circumstances surrounding Jones going missing has led authorities to believe that his death was accidental.
