Despite the state legalizing marijuana, the Butte County 

Voters said no to Measure L which would have 

eliminated Measures A, G and H which put strict regulations

on marijuana cultivation and the zoning where gardens can

be harvested. 

Measure L failed 57.5 percent to 42.4 percent.

Butte County's current regulations will stay in place.
