A man leads authorities on a bizarre chase in Butte County. 30-year-old Patrick Crick was arrested allegedly trespassing at Enloe Medical Center around 10 pm Tuesday. Crick was later released from the Butte County Jail and went to the nearby Home Depot where he allegedly stole a street sweeper. Crick reportedly drove north on Highway 99 to Chico where he crashed and rolled the sweeper near East Avenue around 1:30 Wednesday Morning. CHP officers say Crick took off before they arrived. He was reportedly found in the parking lot of the Action News Now studios on Silverbell Road. According to Action News, Crick was trying to get into their building.
