The Department of Water Resources will reduce flows from Oroville Dam's main spillway today. D-W-R called K-P-A-Y this morning saying that they will start reducing flows from 40 thousand cubic feet per second to zero at noon today. They also said flows to the Feather River will be reduced to 13 thousand c-f-s today.
Crews will be checking over the integrity of the dam's spillway after the flows are stopped.
