The Wall Fire started off of Chinese Wall Road north of Bangor just before 3 pm Friday. The blaze has burned 5,600 acres and is 35 percent contained. 

17 structures have been destroyed and 5 damaged. 5,400 structures are threatened. 

 

According to Cal Fire's website: Approximately 4,000 people have been evacuated.
