Both Rupple and Schwyzer were injured Sunday night after contacting the suspect who was reportedly held up in the bathroom of the Mid Valley Title and Escrow on Main Street. This after the suspect was reportedly shot in the chest by a security guard after he was allegedly stabbed by the suspect.
Doctors say weapon used to stab Sergeant Ruppel narrowly missed the carotid artery in his neck.
