Tehama County authorities are on the scene of a shooting in Rancho Tehama this morning. That shooting incident being reported at a residence near Rancho Tehama Elementary School. Authorities say three people have been confimed dead, including the suspected shooter. The students at the nearby school are being evacuated to a safe location.
