GOP lawmakers were on a train taking them to a policy retreat in West Virginia that struck a dump truck near Charlottesville, Virginia. One person was reported killed in the truck.
Action News Now is reporting that North State Congressman Doug LaMalfa was on the train. Reports indicate that the passengers on the train were not injured in the collision.
