Chico Police are investigating shots fired early Sunday morning. Officers were called to the area of Terrance Drive and East 1st Avenue after three to four shots were heard in the area before 3:30 am. However, officers were unable to find any evidence of shots fired. 
Nearly three hours later Chico Police received a call from a resident of Terrance Drive who said they awoke to find bullet holes in the house. Officers arrived and confirmed that the residence had been struck multiple times by bullets. No one was injured in the incident, according to a Chico Police Department press release.
