Indecent Exposure Sentence

A Chico homeless man is sentenced for an indecent exposure case. 45-year-old Jason Lisle was ordered to say five hundred yards away a downtown Chico business where he committed an act of indecent exposure. The Butte County DA's Office says that the order essentially banishes Lisle from the whole downtown area.
The Conviction stemmed from an incident back in June of last year when Lisle approached a woman outside of a business on Broadway where she worked and asked her for money. When she refused he exposed himself to her shaking his genitals at her. He then urinated next to her. Lisle was arrested but was released and cited to appear in court, but he failed to do so. According to a Butte County DA's Office press release, Lisle has been a registered sex offender since 2001.
