45 year old Lee Fong Vang the Former Owner of Oroville Tire & Smog shop  plead No Contest  last week  to three counts of felony assault.  He will  have to register as a sex offender. The charges stem from three seperate incidents in the summer of 2017 when women came into Vang's Shop in Oroville. All three women said Vang grabbed them and sexually fondled them. Two other women also said they were told they could get their tires changed for quote "sexual favors". Vang is due for sentencing the morning of September 20th.
