Oroville Leaders voted to put a sales tax measure on the November Ballot. If passed by Voters, The 1 percent sales tax measure would help the financially strapped city. Council Members also formally voting on a  5 to 1 vote to censure Mayor Linda Dahlmeier, as Council members complained that Dahlmeier has criticized city staff in front of the public. Councilor Scott Thompson responded that all of the council members have made mistakes.
