A suspect is arrested for an early Tuesday morning shooting in Oroville. The Butte County Sheriff's Office received reports about gunshots and yelling heard around 2 AM in the area of Sierra Avenue. According to a Butte County Sherff's Office press release, deputies located a victim suffering from a gunshot wound and eventually located and arrested 24 year old Brett Toschi of Oroville at his residence on 6th Avenue.
