Man Arrested in Connection with Chico Stabbing Last Month

    After a month long investigation, authorities have charged

a 19 year old man with assault in connection with a Chico stabbing.
    The Sheriff's Office says 3 people were stabbed in September
during a party on Dayton Road.  Detectives searched a Nord Avenue
apartment Wednesday and arrested Jorge Buitimea.
    He was booked into the county jail for assault with a deadly
weapon.
    The Sheriff's Office says there is a possibility of other suspects
in the case.
