Two people arrested in Paradise in connection with the county's first known case of "Shake and Bake" meth manufacturing. The Paradise Police Department says 23 year old David Tranah and 23 year old Candace Tranah were taken into custody last week near the Veterans of Foreign Wars Hall. Police say a backpack contained glassware and other ingredientsbelieved to be used in the "Shake and Bake" method of manufacturing meth, in which all ingredients are mixed in a single container.
