The Butte County Sheriff Office has listed new Evacuation Updates as per Monday 

-Evac Order for portions of Stilson Canyon Rd from Homboldt Rd to Lazy S Lane has been lifted

-Hamlin Canyon and Lower Neal Zones reduced to Evacuation Warnings

-Skyway to Tuscan Ridge , Neal Road to Wayland Road, Wayland Rd to Foster Rd. reduced to Warnings

-NO Traffic will be allowed North From these areas in the Town of Paradise 

Please Note:  Law Enforcement is Checking Vehicles at the Checkpoints to assure that Vehicles being allowed in to Areas  do not have additional passengers other than those with Legitimate Reasons for being in these areas. Please do not try to sneak in to Areas of Paradise that remain closed to the Public.
