Roadway flooding has backed up traffic on Highway 99 in the south Chico area. We're getting reports of slowdowns in the Durham Pentz area to Estates Drive. There are also reports of slow downs on the Skyway near Honey Run Road. Officer Logan Callahad with the Highway Patrol says they're marshalling all units to deal wit6h the situation.
