Butte County Sheriff's Office Flash Flooding Evacuation Orders and Warnings

Heavy rains causing flooding in parts of Butte County prompted authorities to call for evacuation orders and warnings...those orders and warnings according to the Butte County Sheriff's Office are still in affect.

 

An evacuation order was issued for Esquon Road from Mesa north to the end of Esquon including Garden Road over to 1624 Garden Road

 

Evacuation Orders were also issued Thursday for Honey Run Road from the 200 block of Skyway including Horse Run Lane.

 

And....all roads off of Honey Run Road including Centerville Road from Honey Run up to Harris Hills Road and all roads off Centerville.

 

 

The Butte County Fairgrounds in Gridley is open for those who have been evacuated due to the flash floods. They say there is also room for small and large animals.

Evacution Warnings were issued Thursday for the area of Centerville Raod from Harris Hills Road north to Nimshew Road.

 

Areas of Hagen Lane at the north, south to Highway 162 and the Sacramento River east of Highway 99.

 

And....for the Hamlin Canyon and Lower Neal Zones.

 

The residents under the evacuation warning are asked to shelter in place.
