A man is arrested by Chico Police for the 2nd time in two days. A vehicle burglary in-progress was reported on Toyon Way before 12:30 this morning. CSU Chico PD Officers were in the area and spotted the suspect, 38-year-old Theodore Brockmeyer fleeing the area on a bicycle. Brockmeyer reportedly fell from his bike during his attempt to evade officers. He was pursued and detained by officers on Arbutus Avenue. Chico Police Officers arrived and arrested Brockmeyer for burglary, prowling, and delaying a peace officer.

According to a Chico Police Department press release, on Monday Brockmeyer was arrested for possession of stolen property and methamphetamine.
