The two disaster recovery centers in Butte County are closed due to heavy rains. Both centers, the one in Paradise at the Creative Learning Center on Ewald Court and the one in Chico at the old Sears Store, were closed Monday and will be closed today with plans to reopen on Wednesday. Those needing assistance are urged to go on line.
