Registered Sex Offender Accused of Exposing Himself to Redding Teen

A registered sex offender has been arrested in Redding after allegedly exposing himself to a teenage boy and offering the boy drugs.  Police say 39 year old David Brifinco allegedly exposed himself to a 14 year old boy inside a  bathroom at Caldwell Park Wednesday.  Officers say the man also allegedly offered the teen a bag of drugs if he would bring him a "girl."   Police say they found porn and sex related items in the restroom.   Brifinco was arrested on charges including indecent exposure.
