A missing man has been found in Chico. Family members of Patrick Burman reported him missing from Willows two weeks ago. Chico Police Monday reported to the Glenn County Sheriff's Office that Burman was found safe and staying at the Torres Shelter. Reports indicate that Burman is a Camp Fire survivor.
