Suspect in Chico Stabbing Pleads Not Guilty

The 20 year old man arrested for allegedly stabbing a teenager outside the Chico Mall has pleaded not guilty.  Fernando Palomares is accused of assault with a deadly weapon following the alleged gang-related stabbing last week.  He remains in custody.   Palomares will be back in court later this month for a preliminary hearing.
