State Agency Investigating Chico Alcohol Overdose

The state department of Alcoholic Beverage Control is looking into the alcohol overdose of a Chico State student.  The Chico ER reports ABC will be investigating if any laws were broken and if Mason Sumnicht was served alcohol while visibly intoxicated.  Sumnicht has been taken off life support...at last report he was in critical condition Tuesday night.  He was hospitalized nearly 2 weeks ago after celebrating his 21st birthday.
