Two people were walking on the sidewalk near the intersection of Warner Street and West Sacramento Avenue when three men approached then after exiting a silver sedan around 1:15 this morning. One of the men was allegedly demanding cash while reportedly battering the victims with a pistol. Officers found the victims with visible injuries. According to Chico Police, there were four suspects total who got away in the sedan. The suspects are reported to be black males.
