Man Arrested for Allegedly Killing Brother in Tehama County

Tehama County authorities have arrested a man for allegedly killing his brother.  According to the Sheriff's Office, 46 year old Clifford Palmer told deputies he fought with Fermin Alberro Tuesday and punched him in the face.  The victim reportedly fell to the floor unconscious.   Palmer was booked into the county jail on suspicion of murder.
