PG and E and Butte County Gear Up for Winter Storm Systems

P-G-and-E crews are gearing up for the expected high winds and heavy rain to hit our area. Utility Spokesperson Paul Moreno says crews are standing by. Meanwhile, Butte County emergency officials are also keeping tabs on the storm systems.

That is John Gulserian with Butte County Emergency Services. He says the situation isn't as serious as 1997  because the reservoirs are not close to capacity. But they are concerned about the winds.  T
