Chico City Leaders to Address How to Help the Homeless

The city of Chico's homeless issue is before the City Council tonight. Councilwoman Ann Schwab wants the city to take the lead role among various groups to help solve the issue. She ways the issue repeatedly came up before the November elections. Schwab says many groups are addressing the problem, but she wants the City to take the lead in coordinating these various groups and not only identifying the problem but finding a solution.
