60 Cars Involved in Norcal Pile Up on I5

YREKA, Calif. (AP) — Officials say Interstate 5 in far Northern California was closed Tuesday night after a crash involving about 60 vehicles.  The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection says 8 people suffered minor to moderate injuries in a series of crashes in Siskiyou County that started around 6:30 p.m. and stretched for nearly a mile along the northbound side of the freeway.
