Detours in Place Following Big Rig Accident on Hwy 99

 A big rig accident on Highway 99 last night prompting detours in Butte
County today.
    The CHP says a big rig overturned just before midnight and caused
down power lines.
    The CHP says the northbound detour is set up at Highway 162...and
the southbound detour is at Highway 149.
    At last report, there's no estimated time when the roadway will be
clear.
