Body Discovered Outside Beale Air Force Base Gate

    Authorities say a dead body was found outside Beale Air Force
base over the weekend.
    Beale officials say the body had a gunshot wound and was
located Sunday next to a car parked along the Vassar Lake Gate.
    The Air Force Base says there does not appear to be any connection
between the individual and the military.
    Officials are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the
death.
