32-year-old Stephen Campbell was arrested Thursday for a stabbing incident that took place in September near the intersection of West 3rd and Cedar streets. According to Chico Police, the victim suffered from multiple stab wounds and was taken to the hospital for treatment. Campbell was arrested on multiple charges including attempted murder and criminal gang activity.
