Chico's Assistant City Manager Retires

    Chico's assistant city manager has retired.
    John Rucker notified the city last week of his immediate
retirement.
    He took over the assistant city manager position in 2008.  
    City Manager Brian Nakamura told the Chico ER the city
will likely begin recruiting for a replacement very quickly.
