Chico Gun Shop Reacts to Obama's Gun Control Proposals

    The owner of a Chico gun store says he believes the White House is
on the wrong track to curb gun violence.
    Charles Clemens owns North Valley Gun Shop...he tells KPAY that
current gun laws and background checks are sufficient...but the government
should increase penalties for violations.



    Clemens says he has also received dozens of calls in the last
few weeks from people concerned they won't be able to get the type
of gun they want in the future.
