Trial Delayed for Firefighter Charged in Ridge Arson Case

  The trial for a volunteer firefighter accused of arson
has been delayed.
    The Chico ER reports Jairo Perkins-Grubbs was scheduled
to stand trial this month in connection with a series of fires
on the ridge in 2011, including fires at the DeSabla Market
and Lovelock Inn.
    His trial has been postponed until April.
