Chico Doctor says He'll Fight Accusation from State Medical Board

    A Chico doctor is under fire again, this time from the state. The Chico ER reports the state Medical Board wants to revoke or suspend plastic surgeon Loren Morgan's medical license because his practice is allegedly unsafe. The accusation alleges he has been negligent, and he suffers from illness that can affect his practice of medicine. Morgan told the newspaper he'll fight the charges, and said they stem from criticism of the previous administration of Enloe Medical Center.
