Neighbor Arrested on Suspicion of Murder in Yuba City

Yuba City Police say a 20 year old man is accused of killing his 94 year old neighbor.  Michael Alexander was taken into custody Friday.   Police describe the attack on the elderly victim earlier this month as "savage."  Police say they believe financial gain was part of the motive for the killing.  Alexander was booked into the Sutter County Jail on charges including murder and robbery.
