Two Men Indicted After Heroin Bust in Redding

A father and son are facing a heroin trafficking charge following a Redding traffic stop. The Department of Justice says Benjamin Soto and Joaquin Soto have been indicted in the case. The two were arrested in January after authorities stopped a car on I-5 north of Redding and found nearly 5 kilos of heroin. The two will be arraigned next week.
