Chico Blaze Considered Arson...One Person Arrested

The Chico Fire Department says a house fire earlier this week was arson...and one person has been arrested.  The blaze on Nancy Lane caused about 20 thousand dollars in damage Tuesday.   The Fire Department says fire crews found a smoldering blaze in a converted garage that was being used as a bedroom.   60 year old James Kehrer was arrested for allegedly starting the fire.
