Man Arrested After Chico Foot Chase

Chico Police have arrested a man wanted for assault after a short foot chase.  The Police Department says an officer spotted 18 year old Deshawn Dean Tuesday afternoon.  The man reportedly escaped into backyards around E. 4th Street following a short pursuit.  He was eventually taken into custody.
