Fire Damages Chico Hotel; One Person Arrested

One man arrested in connection with a weekend fire at a vacant Chico motel.   The fire caused about 18 thousand dollars in damage to the Regal Inn on the Esplanade Saturday night.    Chico Fire Inspector Marie Fickert says the latest fire at the hotel was spotted by a person passing by the area.  Flames had also damaged the building in December.
