Chico Leaders Vote to Support Smoke-Free City Parks

Chico leaders voting to move forward with a smoking ban at city parks.  The Chico City Council voted 4 to 3 Tuesday night to draft an ordinance to prohibit smoking at city parks, greenways, and open spaces.   Councilmember Ann Schwab says the proposal would promote safe, clean parks.
