Storm Brings Hail, Snow, and Tornado to NorCal

The latest storm to hit northern California brought snow, hail, and a tornado to the region.   The National Weather Service reported a tornado near Red Bluff and Vina Tuesday.  Another tornado or funnel cloud reportedly damaged a Gerber storage building.   Hail caused some traffic problems around Hamilton City.  One accident was reported on Highway 32.
