Man Injured in Paradise Park Assault

Paradise Police say one man was attacked while on hiking trails near Bille Park Monday night.  The unknown attacker allegedly hit the victim in the head and fired a gun at him during a struggle.  That assault happened around 6:30 PM.  Police say the victim was injured and robbed, but did not suffer a gunshot wound.  Officers searched the area but did not locate the suspect.
