TIDE Agents Find Meth and Heroin During Big Rig Search

Tehama County authorities say they found 8 pounds of heroin and 2 pounds of meth during a weekend search.  The Tehama Interagency Drug Enforcement task force says the driver of a semi truck was stopped at the Cottonwood scales Saturday on suspicion of drinking alcohol.   Agents located the 10 pounds of drugs during a search of the vehicle.   A Washington man was arrested on charges including transportation of meth and heroin.
