Shots Fired During Chico Party

One man arrested in Chico for allegedly firing shots during a party. The Chico Police Department says several shots were reported on Normal Avenue early Sunday morning. Officers say David Sullivan allegedly fired off several rounds from a shotgun during an argument with guests at a party. No one was injured. Sullivan was arrested on weapons charges.
