Authorities Identify Man Killed on Highway 99 in Chico

Authorities have identified the man who either jumped or fell to his death from a local overpass. The E-R reports he's been identified as 58-year-old Randy Kline of Chico. The CHP is still investigating Thursday's incident. Kline fell or jumped from the Cohasset Road overpass and was hit by at least two cars on Highway 99. Investigators think a bike on the overpass belonged to Kline.
