The recall effort for Chico city council member Sean Morgan has hit another speed bump, as the letter of intent was rejected for the third time.Slowing down the progress of their recall effort, the group Chico Voters had to revise their official letter of intent, again. In a letter shared with Action News Now, City Clerk Debbie Presson outlines the two mistakes the group made in their letter. Spelling "changers" instead of "chambers", twice. Because of this, Thursday, December 8th, Presson said the letter of intent does not meet the requirements despite it having enough signatures.
